OKTOBERPEST – FEAST OF HOPS AND PLAGUE
Every year that God grants us to continue living in this valley of tears before the apocalypse, in the cold Teutonic lands, the people give themselves to unrestrained collective libations in honor of the Goddess Cervogia. The Alamanni call this bacchanal "Oktoberfest", thinking it is merely a jolly event, while the reality is quite different.
In fact, they do not know that it originated during the Black Plague that struck Bavaria in 1350, leaving hundreds of barrels of beer unsold due to the drastic decrease in population. To remedy the problem, the Mayor of Munich decided to organize a great feast to consume all the leftover beer.
Since the great swigging greatly pleased the common folk, it was decided to repeat it every year. As time passed, the people forgot the origin of this hop-filled feast, no longer thinking of the Black Death. Feudalesimo e Libertà, with this OKTOBERPEST shirt, instead wishes to remind the peoples of the pestilential origin of this recurrence!
