Shipping
Courier and tracking
Shipments are made by express courier. The parcel is tracked and the tracking number is sent automatically to the customer’s e-mail address as soon as the order is handed over to the courier. If you don’t receive the code, we suggest you check your spam folder and the updates, for it may have ended up there. If you still can’t find it, you can contact us by e-mail at ordini@feudalesimoeliberta.com for information.
Delivery attempts
If no one is in at the delivery time, the courier will make another attempt during the following day. If the recipient is also out on the second occasion, then the shipment will be held in storage and we’ll contact you to know whether you prefer to pick it up at the GLS office responsible for that area or to book the redelivery on a set day.
Delivery time
Generally, we send our parcels in Italy by express courier every Tuesday and Friday. Because of this, the preparation time takes between 1 to 3 working days (i.e. Monday to Friday) from the moment the payment is received. The delivery time takes between 2 to 3 working days (depending on the area) which are added to the preparation time. You can know the estimated delivery date by completing the order until you get to the screen in which you have to choose the shipping method, in which you’ll be able to see the estimated date, or by contacting us by e-mail at ordini@feudalesimoeliberta.com, by Whatsapp (375 665 9157) or by phone (0704511588).
CHRISTMAS: during Christmas time we ship every day, so the parcels are processed on the working day following the date in which you place the order and they’re delivered within 2/3 working days. For example: if Clovis places an order for a shirt on a Monday afternoon, it will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered to his home on Thursday or Friday at the latest.
Shipping to small islands and Venezia Laguna
Deliveries to small islands (therefore, Sardinia and Sicily are excluded) and to Venezia Laguna have an additional cost of 12 Euros compared to the standard shipping costs because the courier is forced to take the ferry to deliver the parcel.
To avoid having to pay the additional charge, we suggest you provide us with a shipping address on the mainland. If you’re willing to pay the additional cost, just wait to be contacted by us or write to us at ordini@feudalesimoeliberta.com after you have placed the order.
Payment methods
Our website has the https safety protocol, which guarantees a high data protection. All of the transactions are processed by the latest generation systems to guarantee purchases in total safety. The methods of payment are as follows:
- Paypal/Credit/Debit Card
You can pay with Credit/Debit Card or with Paypal.
- Bank transfer
You can pay for your order by bank transfer. In this case we suggest you send the proof of the bank transfer by e-mail at ordini@feudalesimoeliberta.com, having care to specify the order number in the e-mail object, so as to speed up the preparation time. If you don’t send us this e-mail, you’ll have to wait for the bank transfer payments to clear (usually 2 or 3 working days, which will add up to the preparation time and the shipping time).
- Cash on delivery/Counterfoil
You can pay by cash on delivery in Italy with an additional cost of € 3.00 to be added to the shipping costs.
Changes to the order
You have the chance to modify your order until it’s handed over to the courier. If you want to modify an order, simply contact us at ordini@feudalesimoeliberta.com
Returns and exchange policy
Defective or wrong goods
If you receive defective goods or the size/model is wrong due to a mistake made by Imago Srls, we suggest you contact us immediately at @feudalesimoeliberta.com enclosing some pictures. Please do not send the goods back to sender without indication on our part. We’ll send you the replacement goods at our expenses as soon as possible.
Returns (Right of withdrawal)
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you can exercise the right of return for an exchange and/or a refund within 14 days from the moment the parcel has been delivered by the courier.
WARNING! The returned items must not have been worn, washed, dirtied or altered in any way. If you don’t conform to these conditions, the item in question will be returned to sender for not being in compliance with the conditions.
To request a return you have to contact us at the e-mail address ordini@feudalesimoeliberta.com. Any returns made on your own initiative without having contacted us first will be returned to sender and will not be refunded. Once you receive the authorization to make the return, you’ll have to ship the parcel (at your own expense) within 14 days from the day of the reception of the parcel at the address: Imago Srls, via Pisacane 29 09134 Cagliari.
You must place the goods to be returned within the original package or in a similar parcel/box, sturdy and sealed with care. Once we have received the parcel and we have verified the wholeness of the item, Imago Srls will refund you within 10 working days.
Size exchange
To request a size exchange, you need to contact us at the e-mail address ordini@feudalesimoeliberta.com.
The size exchange is completely free if you selected the free return shipping when choosing the courier (the shipping costs a little bit more, but choosing it can be useful if you’re not sure of the size).
If you didn’t choose the free return shipping, you can still exchange sizes for free at our events (by contacting us in advance). If you still want a size exchange by courier service, you can do so by paying the shipping costs (PAID SIZE EXHANGE) or by placing a new order entering a code provided by us.
If you request the size exchange by courier service (free or not), you have to be place the goods to be returned within the original package or in a similar parcel/box, sturdy and sealed with care. We’ll send the courier to your address with the items you wish to receive as a replacement and you’ll be required to hand them over the parcel with the items you wish to return.
